If you're aiming for a total inasal experience, do try the servings of chicken innards like the batikolon, atay, puso, isaw and what-have-you. I love, love, love those chicken booties! Shake em baby, yeah!A must try too is a serving of oysters sold by vendors at the doorstep of Manokan Country.
